- Installation
- For an initial installation you will need to change the existing waste
outlet to an open outlet to allow the sleeve to be inserted. A full
installation guide is included in your order and a facility is available
for you to speak directly with our fitting team should you need any
further advice. If you have a large fitting and would like our team to
help then please call us directly.

- Maintenance
- On each service simply remove the old sleeve and insert the new.
Service requirements are generally 3 months for Bowl urinals & 1-2 months
for Trough urinals. Please contact us directly for Slab urinals.

- Service Option
- We can service your newly installed Tri-[Odour]-Trap
for a small fee. If you would like us to arrange this then please contact
