Free Trial Terms & Conditions

By accepting a free trial of any products on this site you are agreeing to genuinely trialling the product and providing us with a review that we may use on this site or any of our subsidiary sites. We will contact you within 30 days of the trial being sent.
Trials are limited to postcode area's WV, DY, & WS
Specific to the Tri-[Odour]-Trap & Push-Tap Trials.

• Installation of the Tri-[Odour]-Trap & Push-Tap will be undertaken by our trained technicians.

• The trial period will last for a minimum of one month but no more than 3 months.

• Access to your site will be required fortnightly to implement routine quality checks.

• Data collection of water savings and improvement to the washroom environment will be undertaken & photographs may be used to produce a full report of improvements which may be used on our website.

• There is no obligation to extend the trial period and no charge is made to put the washroom back to its original state where necessary.
   

POSTAGE NOTE

Postage is now free on all orders placed over the internet using the sales request form completed at checkout on the toiletcleaners.co.uk site.
Postage will be free whether you pay at the checkout or if you opt to pay over the phone. So long as the order is made through the internet sales purchase request form.

Unfortunately  delivery to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland & any off shore Islands is now quite expensive, therefore we will have to add a surcharge for Postcodes  - PA20 - 21, PA41 - 49, PA60 - 78, PA80 - 88.

We reserve the right to withdraw free postage on some or all of the items entirely at our own discretion, with immediate effect although we will inform the customer prior to delivery.

Company Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery is by Royal Mail or Carrier.
2. VAT is charged at the prevailing rate (17.5%) unless otherwise specified.
3. Your details will be stored on a computer according to the terms of the Data Protection Act 1984.
4. All goods remain the property of this company until payment is made in full.
5. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods.
6. Delivery, please allow 28 days for delivery, delivery charge will depend on goods ordered.
7. For exchange you will need to supply a copy of your receipt. If the goods are found to be defective we will send a replacement within 28 days.
8. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
9. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
10. If payment is to be made by Visa, MasterCard, and Switch, your card payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
11. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties.
12. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within fourteen days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing it is unopened. There may be a re-stocking charge up to 35% of the cost of the items and the return postage, dependent on the size of the consignment & the type of product and reason for return.
13. Goods are not sold on a trial basis except where specifically stated.
14. Claims for damage, non-functionality and mis-shipping must be made within seven days of receipt.
15. You are responsible for ensuring safe delivery of the returned item.
16. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
17. These Terms and Conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
